Job Full Description
We are hiring General Labor / Production Workers for a growing company in Oak Creek. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment where reliability and a strong work ethic are key.
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour (with $1.00 raise upon hire + monthly bonuses)
Responsibilities:

Assist with general production and warehouse duties.

Load and unload materials, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Follow safety procedures and meet daily production goals.

Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation.

Comfortable working in a dusty or dirty environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
