Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility upkeep for a busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations safe and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic to intermediate maintenance and repairs on forklifts (electric and propane), including troubleshooting, minor mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance

Conduct general facility maintenance such as lighting, doors, dock equipment, and racking inspections

Maintain clean and safe work areas through routine housekeeping, debris removal, and organization
-
Perform snow removal/shoveling and exterior upkeep as needed to ensure safe access points

Assist with preventive maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment and building systems

Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly

Support warehouse operations with a flexible, hands-on approach
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years of facility maintenance experience

Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience performing equipment and building repairs

Ability to support both mechanical and general facility maintenance needs in a warehouse environment

Valid birth certificate or passport (required)

Ability to pass a background check

Willingness to work overtime as needed
