Powder Coat Painter — Join Our Manufacturing Team!
Express Employment is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter for a growing manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial painting experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for proper coating adhesion
- Apply high-quality powder coatings using spray booths and airless systems
- Load/unload parts and manage material handling processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and uniformity
- Perform touch-ups as needed and maintain equipment safely
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with industrial or auto-body painting techniques
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a production setting
