Now Hiring: Countertop Fabricators – $18+/hr | Jefferson, WI
Now hiring for a family-owned manufacturing company in Jefferson, WI! General Fabricators are needed on1st shift to help build custom installs in a clean, organized shop environment. Even if you don't have fabrication experience, training may be available!
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. PLUS Enjoy consistent daytime hours and weekends off!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom countertops to meet client specifications
- Move materials throughout the shop for various production stages
- Operate sanders, routers, saws, and glue guns
- Perform quality checks at each station to ensure high standards
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to be trained on power tools
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Previous CNC or production experience is a plus, but not required
