Stacey Riechers

Owner

Stacey has 20+ years of experience in the Staffing Industry. Stacey started with Express in 2007 as a Franchise Developer Representative. On March 2nd, 2009 Stacey purchased the Madison, WI Franchise. Her location in Madison works with comapnies for a broad variety of positions with includes, but is not limited to, Warehouse Workers, Delivery Drivers, Machine Operators, Shippping and Receiving, Receptionists, Office Managers, Human Resources, Administrative Assistants, etc.

In 2022, Stacey expanded her organization into Watertown, WI. The Watertown office covers Jefferson, Dodge, Green Lake, and Columbia counties. The office in Watertown focuses on positions such as Warehouse Workers, Assemblers, Delivery Drivers, Machine Operators, Receptionists, Human Resources, and Administrative/Clerical, etc.

Before coming to Express Employment Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts from UW-Platteville. She then completed her Master of Business Administration from UW-Whitewater.

Hannah Kyle

Managing Partner

Hannah joined the Madison Express office in January 2020 as an Outside Sales Representative, where she quickly became known for her ability to understand each company’s unique needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions. In 2022, she played a key role in the organization’s expansion and was promoted to Sales and Recruiting Manager for both the Madison and Watertown, Wisconsin offices. By the end of that same year, Hannah led both teams to achieve recognition as one of Express Employment’s Top 50 Sales Teams nationwide.

In 2023, Hannah became the General Manager overseeing the Madison and Watertown locations, serving Jefferson and Dodge Counties. In 2026, she partnered with Stacey Riechers and stepped into the role of Managing Partner for the Watertown office. Hannah is actively involved in several community organizations, including local Chambers of Commerce and SHRM chapters, strengthening her connection to the businesses and people she serves.

Hannah is driven by the belief that her work directly supports and uplifts the community. When partnering with companies, she prioritizes those who value their employees, maintain clean and safe work environments, and uphold strong, knowledgeable leadership.
