Job Full Description
We’re hiring MIG Welders in Jefferson, WI for a growing manufacturing company. Whether you’re fresh out of welding school or have a couple of years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on welding experience, improve your skills, and grow with a supportive team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude.
Pay: $18 – $21/hour (based on experience and skill)
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
(training may be required on 1st shift BOE)
Job Responsibilities:
- MIG weld on various metals and thicknesses
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Welding school graduate OR a few years of experience welding on the job
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and team-oriented
