The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. They are responsible for handling inquiries, providing product or service information, processing orders, and resolving any issues related to customer needs.
Pay: Up to $28/hour
Schedule: Open to full-time and part-time schedule
What we're looking for:
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- High-quality customer service and relationship management skills
