Jessica Winston has been a local to Starkville all her life. She graduated from Starkville High School and attended East Mississippi Community College, where she completed her Associates Degree in 2018. She came to Express as our Front Office Coordinator in March of 2021 and then transitioned into her current position as a Recruiting Specialist in April of 2022.

She spends her free time outside of the office doing all things outdoors and enjoying life. Jessica says that she is using this experience to grow in her personal and professional life.

Shania was born and raised in Guam, She then went to the University of South Alabama where she received a degree in Political Science while minoring in Sociology. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Evan and their two cats Gigi and Kimchi. She joined the express team in August 2021 and is really excited to grow her career here at Express and see where life takes her!

Madeline Jones is a hometown resident of Starkville Ms. She graduated from Starkville High School and attended some college at EMCC. She joined Express Employment in April 2022 as our Front Office Coordinator. She spends her free time enjoying outside activities with her boyfriend Chris and their 2 dogs- Gemma and Blaze.

Krissy Watkins is originally from the Brandon area of Mississippi. She moved to Starkville two years ago to further her education at Mississippi State University and graduated in May of 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she decided to stay here in Starkville and start her professional career. She started here at Express Employment in August of 2022 as a Front Office Coordinator and has been so grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing company and friendly staff. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Chance, seeing her friends from her time at Mississippi State, and taking trips home to see her family.

Amy Stephenson has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2012.  First working as a Temp for Express and currently she works Internal as our Payroll/Accounts Payable since 2015.  Most days she enjoys the challenges that come with Payroll and consider herself to be a very organized person.  Payroll/Accounts Payable is something she has been doing since 1996.  Outside of work she enjoys time with her Husband Chris and their fur girls either hanging around at home or traveling.  She has a Handsome Son Dillon, Beautiful Daughter-In-Law Kelli and a Precious Grandson Rhett.

Kaylan has been in Human Resources for over 35 years starting as an administrative assistance.  From there she has held the positions of Plan Administrator for Benefits, Manager of the Human Resource Department and Office Manager. She has been at her current position as Accounts Receivable and HR Manager for the Starkville, MS Express office since 2009 as a remote employee. Her family includes two children and four active grandchildren.   Traveling and gardening are her main hobbies.
