Over
my 25+ year career, I have designed and implemented creative growth solutions for
multiple Fortune 150 Organizations by turning qualitative and
quantitative data gathered through multiple channels into actionable
intelligence. These strategies have helped

However,
the most recent 15 years of my experience has been specifically within the Staffing,
Direct Hire, and Outsourcing industry. This experience coupled with my
background in change management and project management, provides me a
phenomenal framework to develop and execute impactful solutions. My current role is to aid organizations in seeing
the whole picture as they choose the appropriate path to navigate government
regulations, industry politics, market conditions, and cost control in
procuring talent.
A core belief of mine is that you can build the best plan in
the world however if you do not systematically change the systems and
structures it will be very difficult to succeed.
