  • Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates

    Direct Deposit:
               *Working as an associate at the Express Brookfield, WI Office, you can choose to receive your paycheck through either Direct Deposit (your check is automatically deposited into your bank account) or a paper check available for pick up in our office. We no longer mail checks as too many were getting lost in the mail. Payday is every Friday.

    Referral Bonuses:
                *Receive a $50.00 bonus when a person you refer works 100 hours or more.

    Holiday Pay:
               *Express recognizes 6 paid holidays per year. You qualify for holiday pay if: 1) you work 500 hours (excluding overtime) in 16 consecutive weeks ending one full week prior to the holiday week; 2) you are on an Express assignment the week of the holiday, and 3) you work the scheduled workday before and after the holiday. Pay for a holiday is in accordance with your current rate of pay. Holidays recognized by Express are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

    401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:
                *Express is pleased to offer a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan that allows you to defer all federal income taxes on your contributions until funds are distributed to you.
    Your contributions to the 401(k) Plan, plus accumulated earnings, are 100% “vested” at all times, meaning you have the right to all the money in your account if you terminate employment, retire, or die.

    Insurance Benefits:
                *Associates are immediately eligible for comprehensive insurance through Express Employment provided by Essential StaffCARE. This can include any combination of the following:

    Medical Plan: Associates can choose one or both options listed below -
                *Option 1 - The ACA Preventative Care Plan and this plan qualifies as minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
                *Option 2 - The Fixed Indemnity Health Care Plan and is a supplement to health insurance.

    Dental Plan:
                *The dental plan offers an annual maximum benefit of $750 and a deductible of $50.

    Vision / Eyewear Plan:
                *The vision plan offers coverage for eye examinations, frames, lenses, and contacts.

    Term Life Insurance:
                *The term life insurance coverage offers benefit amounts of up to $10,000 for the insured employee, $5000 for an insured spouse, $5000 for an insured child, and $1,000 for an insured infant.

    Short-Term Disability:
                *The short-term disability offers a benefit of 60% of salary up to $150 a week for a maximum benefit period of 26 weeks after a 7-day waiting period for injury or sickness.
