Jason Manning became an Express franchisee in May 2000 along with his business partner, Vicki Manning.  They ran the office together until Vicki's retirement in 2014.  His wife Kathe is the reason Jason got into Express Employment Professionals when she introduced Jason to the previous owner Kami Johnson in the winter of 1999. Now Jason supports an Express team of 6 in Butte and added the Billings Express Employment to his portfolio in 2020. He now divides his time between these two Montana offices, leading them to break records and set new standards of excellence with consistency.
 
Passionate about our local community, Jason has been involved with the Butte Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Executive Board since 2016. He works tirelessly to support Butte businesses and buying local and was the chairman of the 2019 Chamber Brewfest. Jason has been involved hockey for over 25 years, from dad, coach, and Butte Amateur Hockey Association as an Ice Hockey referee. He is currently the Montana State Referee in Chief for Hockey (2013- current), and a lover of local craft beers!

Tabatha joined the Express team in 2017, and became co-owner of the Butte location in 2019, having fallen in love with helping employers and job seekers find a match! She has her MBA & Marketing and her bachelor's in health Promotion. After 20 years in corporate wellness designing programs, marketing, and leading committees, she applies transferrable/valuable skills and knowledge to the employment industry. She was selected to participate in the Express Leadership Academy for Managers in the inaugural class of 2020, and is an adjunct professor with Montana Technological University teaching Marketing for the next generation.
 
She and her husband have a brood of five all over the country in college, and she is involved in women's issues and business networking groups. Tabatha loves book club, crafting, and many outdoor activities, of which her pup Lucy joins on her adventures. She is a semi-retired belly dancer and recent quilting convert who can be found scouring shops for the perfect fabrics to match her OCD/CDO in her intricate quilting projects.
