The Delmarva Peninsula offices of Express Employment Professionals are owned by local residents Mary Ellen and Scott Carter. The Carters and their qualified staff will assist local job seekers in finding jobs and will recruit qualified employees for businesses in the area. Express offers full-time recruiting and interviewing as well as traditional temporary staffing in a variety of fields, including office services, customer service, technical, professional, and light industrial. Express has unique and certified hiring techniques and is able to offer benefits to its Associates immediately.

Prior to opening the Express office, Mary Ellen was employed as the world-wide Director of Human Resources for Covington & Burling, a law firm located in Washington D.C. She received her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Alabama and attended Trinity College for her master's degree. Scott served as the Chief Operating Officer at Swidler Berlin, Inc., a law firm in Washington D.C. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Butler University in Indianapolis and is a CPA.
