    Managing Director

    Tony Ruiz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Iowa State University and the CPC designation from NAPS.  Prior to recruiting Tony was the GM of Big Bowl Restaurant leading the highest grossing restaurant while maintaining the highest customer service ratings. Tony is currently the Managing Director of the Edina SRG office, and an Executive Recruiter.

    Previous staffing roles include Managing Director at Forefront Staffing in Chicago, and Owner of Katch, LLC. Tony works in the Finance and Accounting vertical with particular focus on the Manufacturing and  Financial Services industries. He also has recruited successfully for Human Resources, Engineering, IT and Sales. Service comes first for Tony, and he will recruit whatever his client needs to meet their business goals. In his free time he loves to read, mainly A Song of Ice and Fire, downhill ski, workout and tote his son around to numerous activities.

    Jesse Lawman is a high energy, determined recruiter and business development professional. He spent 5 years working in a Manufacturing environment as a mechanical assembler and has a strong understanding of the industry.

    Jesse graduated from St. Olaf College in the Spring of 2021 with a degree in Economics and Management. While at St. Olaf he played NCAA Division III hockey and was a part of the Ole Leadership Team, being a voice for the student body through athletics.

    Professionally, Jesse is dedicated to delivering the best experience to both candidates and clients. He provides a different level of service with his projects - providing a very tailored approach to his searches and ensuring a 'white glove service' is provided to every person he is working with.

    In his free time Jesse enjoys being on the lake, whether that’s on a boat fishing and skiing in the Summer, rollerblading around the lakes, or skating when frozen in the Winter. Jesse also find himself on the Golf Course regularly throughout the summer, trying new courses every weekend around the state.

During her time there, she became a member of the Psychology Club and eventually fulfilled the role as the secretary. She also volunteered for a Crisis Line where she answered calls and provided a listening ear and resources for people in the community. Emma has always enjoyed jobs and activities where she has an opportunity to help others and give back to the community.

    In her free time, Emma enjoys a wide range of hobbies including sewing, cooking, gaming, blender, hiking, and many more.
