    Express offers commonly used forms for your convenience. You can also receive direct support from your local Express office. Online support is available at the  Express Workforce website.

  • Important W-2 Information

    • In accordance with Federal laws, your W-2 form will be mailed on or before Monday, Feb. 1. 
    • Your W-2 will be mailed to the address currently in our files. Please check with us to ensure your address is listed correctly. 
    • Your W-2 will be mailed from our international office and is not available at local offices. 
    • Upon receiving your W-2, check the form to see that your Social Security Number is correct. If not, contact your Express Staffing Consultant for assistance.
    • Should there be any questions regarding your earnings or withholding amounts, contact your Express Staffing Consultant. 
    • If you have not received your W-2 by Feb. 8, 2016, you may order a duplicate  online  or call (800) 222-4057 to have one mailed. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
    • All wages earned through Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, will be reported to the IRS as 2015 wages and will be shown on your 2015 W-2 form. 
    • Since they will be paid in 2016, all wages earned starting Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, will be reported as 2016 wages and will be shown on next year's W-2 form.
