A graduate of Penn State University, Brad spent his early career in purchasing and quickly moved on to sales, customer service and management.
In 2003, Brad moved himself and his dog Maddie to Fayetteville. Initially, the intent was to work in his parent's Express Employment Professionals office for three years and go back to Dallas.
That was 20 years ago! Brad got hooked on Express and settled into a nice life in Fayetteville, so he decided to stay. Since then, he has worked to grow Express Fayetteville, celebrating many successes over the years:
- Circle of Excellence, achieving Bronze and Silver levels
- Fab 5 in 2014
- Helping Hand Award
- Franchisee Award
A graduate of Express™ Leadership Academy class IV, Brad holds certifications from Express University in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Business Management, and EUC Professional.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of Express, Brad has been very involved in serving the community on various boards and committees, including:
- Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation - Friends of the Cancer Center Advisory Board
- Cape Fear Valley Friends of the Cancer Center RibbonWalk - Chair
- The Child Advocacy Center Board
- Cumberland County Human Relations Commission
- The Fayetteville and Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Board
- Holy Trinity Episcopal Church serving on Vestry, Altar Guilde and in the choir
Some interesting points about Brad are that he's appeared on QVC three times and performed as a stand-up comic in and around Dallas, and once in Fayetteville.
