Karl Amlie has a passion for people and business – for helping entrepreneurs and their companies, who in turn help their customers and employees, who in turn build their communities.

Entrepreneurs make the world a better place, bringing their products and services to the market. Helping them is what motivates Karl to be his best.

He gets excited about recruiting, sales, leadership, and humanity in general. He enjoys building relationships with clients, his Express team, and Associates, helping others to achieve their goals.

Karl started with Express Employment Professionals in St. Croix Falls, WI, as a Business Developer in July 2013. He started managing in October 2013.

In 2015, he accepted a new opportunity in Forest Lake. Now, Express in Forest Lake helps 150+ people earn paychecks for their families every week.
