Express Employment Professionals is active in its communities both nationally and locally through its franchise offices. Express gives back in order to help communities, organizations and individuals succeed. The Express corporate giving program reflects the company's vision to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good people.

On the local level, our team works to help children in our communities by introducing and participating in the non-profit 501(c)3 program, My Belongings Charitable Foundation, to provide assistance for children going into foster care. Our goal is to make the transition for these children a bit more easy by providing them with personal items while they are away from their homes. See, most times when the children are removed from their home it is due to an unsafe or unhealthy environment and the children are not able to take any of their personal items with them. We create duffel bags with personal items needed. for children who are being removed from their homes and being placed in foster care. In order to help these children, we have partnered with the local departments for Family and Child Protective Services in the River Parishes by providing these local offices with duffel bags containing personal items for children ranging from newborn to ages 17.  Our bags contain new items such as clothing, pajamas, toiletries, other personal care items, toys, stuffed animals, school supplies for school aged children, books and hand-made quilts. As you can expect, when children are removed from their homes, in most cases they are unable to take their own items with them. This duffel program provides these children with the items that they need during their stay in foster care which gives then true comfort.
