Franchise Owner Kathy Egan has been putting people and jobs together in Northeastern Colorado for 43 years and counting.  Her philosophy for her life's work is sated succinctly in the phrase "Respecting People. Impacting Business."  Her first formal career was as a teacher but she has always had an entrepreneurial focus that started with selling homemade fudge to her neighbors.  Her start in the industry came via Acme Personnel Services first in Cheyenne Wyoming that opened the door to buying an existing office in Greeley in 1976.   She became the first franchise office in the Express network in 1985.  Her career has afforded her a front row seat to the growth of Express Employment Professionals to a world-wide network of over 800 offices and to sweeping changes for both companies and workers in how connections are made in the working world. 

Kathy's knowledge of the Northeastern Colorado market is extensive and her enthusiasm remains as high as it was on her first day all those years ago.
