Deborah Fairchild is our Branch Manager. She has worked in the staffing industry for over a year and has experience in operational management for over 10 years. Deborah also has over 7 years of experience in managing subcontracts for the construction industry in the United Kingdom. In addition to management experience, she also has over 25 years of accounting experience. She has a MS degree in Operations Management, a BA degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management. At Express, Deborah is ensuring we provide good customer service and continue to reach new clients in Northeastern Colorado. 

Lori McCormick is our Recruiting & Development Manager, she has been in the recruiting & staffing industry since 2007.  In her career in staffing, she has held many different positions ranging from 2 years as an area manager, 6 years as a medical on site manager and 4 years as a developer rep.  She has experience recruiting and filling jobs in the medical field, with industrial /commercial jobs and with administrative positions.  Her background prior to the staffing industry was 19 years in retail management and customer service.  Lori has a Bachelor of Science from South Dakota State University. At Express, Lori serves as manager dealing with recruiting but also is a liaison with the current and potential clients.

Diana Griffin is one of our Employment Specialists; she has been in staffing since 2015. Diana has previously been a Food Service Director in many local long term care facilities previous for 15 years. She managed departments with staffing between 20-30 employees in each department. Diana enjoys connecting with people in the local community and impacting people's lives though placing them in jobs that not only support them but jobs that they love.

Michael Rey is an Employment Specialist for Express Employment Professionals. Mike has a broad background of job development, screening applicants, branch management and placement of candidates in a variety of business and education. Michael has also served as a Student and Career Services Director for College America, Brighton Charter School and Weld County Human Services. His experience with developing career curriculum and seminars for students and general job seekers, is an asset for Express.  

Tony Rogers is a proud "Born and Raised" local NOCO (Greeley, Colorado) resident who takes pride in helping people in the area find the jobs they need to live successful and comfortable lives.

Tony is an Employment Specialist that specializes in Bilingual Support and has 21 years of Technical Support, Customer Service, Office Administrative, and Management experience. He volunteered for 4 years in the USMC DEP, Graduated from Greeley West High School, went to college for live sound reinforcement and Radio Broadcasting. Tony loves Family, Pizza, BBQ, and volunteering in local community projects. ����

"Dee" (Diana) Sanger is our Front Office Coordinator.  Her position requires the efficient coordination of all job applicants, incoming phone calls from both applicants and clients. By protecting the time of our Recruiters & Sales Staff, they can provide clients with a more customer focused service. She brings to the table over 45 years of administrative support experience.
