Since 1997, Dawn has been a driven part of our team working hard to build an environment in which employees are diverse, passionate, and team-oriented. Before coming to our Express office, she was a NCAA Women's Division I Volleyball Coach. With Dawn's competitive nature, she enjoys working at Express because she gets to build great teams and leaders while helping people feel successful.

While Dawn has lived all over the U.S., she grew up in South King County and decided to move back after earning her degree. She is very passionate about her local community and has served on several board of directors over the past decade. When she isn't hard at work, Dawn enjoys traveling and experiencing different international cultures.

Elisha has been working with the Express Kent office since May of 2006. He values honesty and hard work. Elisha leads by example with his fun-loving, yet competitive nature.

Elisha enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons as well as watching sports, playing basketball, reading, kayaking, and swimming.

David has been working with Express since March of 2007. He came to us with four years of prior sales and sales management experience. He works with the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain division of our Specialized Recruiting Group . His favorite part about working with Express is matching great companies with great employees as well as working alongside our fantastic team!

David has lived in Kent, WA his entire life and grew up just five miles from our office! When he isn't at home with his beautiful wife and kids, David enjoys golfing and following the stock market. He also spends time as a member of the Transportation Club of Seattle and the Transportation Club of Tacoma.

Liana has been an upbeat member of our Kent team since January of 2012. She came to us with 24 years of prior experience in the professional staffing industry and has proven to be an asset to our office ever since! She believes that when it comes to her fellow co-workers here at Express, going to work is more like getting paid to hang out with friends. She believes the most heart-warming aspect of working with Express is when she gets contacted by previous Job Seekers she had placed and hears that they are still at the same job, but in a higher position, making her feel as if she is doing something right.

Liana is anything but a homebody. When she isn't in the office or working with the Kent Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys traveling with her husband.

Sharon is often described as detail-oriented, diligent, personable, organized, and overall, friendly! Her previous customer service, retail, management, and HR experience has made her a very valuable member of our Kent staff since May of 2007.

Originally born in Denver, Sharon moved here right before her entrance into the 6th grade. Sharon loves to travel with family.

Kathie has been working at Express since August of 2018.  She was a Realtor before becoming a Business Developer and knows that dedication and hard work are essential for success.  What she loves about working at Express is that it has a family-oriented atmosphere and a fast-paced company.

Kathie was born and raised in Southern California, where she earned her degree in Psychology from UCLA before moving to the PNW.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, taking long walks, and attending sporting events.

Leleana, also known as Lilly, has been with Express since August of 2020. She is a California native who Washington and attended Olympic College in Bremerton, where she went to school for Legal Studies. Her prior history in Business Administration and passion for helping others has directed her into the staffing/recruiting world.

When Lilly isn’t working, she enjoys hiking in the great outdoors and snowboarding! Did we mention Lilly is an excellent baker? Ask about her cupcakes and she might just make some.

Yasmine was born and raised in California, until relocating to Washington in 2021. She joined the Kent Express Team in August 2022 as the Front Office Coordinator. Previously, she managed a consignment store, and worked as the front desk coordinator at a hotel.  Yasmine's favorite thing about Express is how everyone is very welcoming. It feels like a family! She appreciates team building and bonding after hours as well. On her own, Yasmine enjoys painting, drawing, and any arts and craft project she can get her hands on. Fun Fact: Yasmine has never lost a game of Battleship!

Michael has been working at Express Kent since October of 2021.He joined our team with a background in Management and has a bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Washington. Michael's great people and communication skills have had a huge influence on his path to success as an Employment Specialist here at Express. Michael’s favorite part of his job is building relationships and meeting new people. When he’s is not at work, he enjoys hiking, competitive gaming, and playing music.

Emma joined the Kent Express Team in March 2023. She is originally from Massachusetts and studied English and Classical Studies at Bowdoin College in Maine. She fell in love with Washington while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and moved here in 2018. She then spent several years selling outdoor equipment and honing her customer service skills. Her favorite part of working at Express has been the amazing team here. It really feels like everyone here works together to help people. If she’s not in the office, Emma’s probably halfway up a mountain. Otherwise she’s baking a pie with the berries she picked.
