Chad, a West Virginia native, earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's of Science Degree in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. He spent the first 10 years of his career in the hospitality industry as the Director of Training and Recruitment. 

In 2014, Chad opened the Express Employment Professionals Morgantown location with the goal to become the best staffing service in the area. Chad has an entrepreneurial spirit and has since opened an additional office in Bridgeport to better assist clients and associates in the Harrison County area.  Chad is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
