Amanda has been with the Express Employment team since March of 2015, giving her over 10 years experience with staffing and recruiting. Amanda started with the company as an Employment Specialist, and currently serves in her role as Operations Manager. With a degree in Human Resources, Amanda appreciates and enjoys assisting Express Employment clients and associates in the employment and staffing process. She takes pride in making a difference in the communities of Morgantown and Bridgeport. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her children, family, and dogs!

My name is Emily Lenhart, and I am a Recruitment Specialist in the Morgantown office. I have been with the company since April of 2022. I started as Front Office Coordinator, and I was able to work my way up to my current position. My favorite part about my career is being able to connect applicants to the perfect position for them. We make a positive impact on the community in so many ways. Outside of Express, I have a beautiful daughter and a husband. I enjoy binge-watching One Tree Hill, and I do work as a cosmetologist when I can!

Amber joined Express Employment Professionals in August of 2023 as Front Office Coordinator. Since then, she has been promoted to a Light Industrial Employment Specialist. Amber’s goal is to help Express associates while maintaining  the best customer service experience! She enjoys helping and interacting with our clients and providing a smooth and easy process to all those involved. Outside of work, Amber likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Molly joined the Express Employment team in 2023 as a Light Industrial Employment Specialist. She is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Molly’s number one priority is meeting the needs of each associate searching for a career they have always dreamt of. Molly values her new role with the company and strives to connect with companies to assist with their recruiting needs.

Charlie has been with the Express Employment team in Morgantown since June 2023. Charlie serves as the  Business Development Specialist. He has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience, and he values helping businesses find the right employees. Charlie loves the teamwork atmosphere  at Express Employment as everyone is focused on helping businesses and people in the community. Outside of work, he enjoys watching football, podcasting, and activities with his 3 kids.

Breanna joined the Express Employment team in November of 2023 as the Front Office Coordinator for the Morgantown branch. Breanna has resided in Morgantown since 2017, and has since gained an extensive background in customer service. With that, Breanna enjoys engaging with associates and assisting with the needs of our clients. When she isn’t in the office you can find her in the gym, going on walks with her dog, or cheering on the Mountaineers!
