Jim & Karen Sperry acquired the Moses Lake office in 2001. They are respected leaders in the community where they are helping people and businesses succeed. The measure of this success comes from satisfied clients that they have done qualified temporary or permanent placements with and with the many job seekers they can successfully help match with the right positions.  Jim always says we must be the "Best of the Best!!" The best at providing outstanding and excellent customer service, filling positions, HR and staffing solutions, and providing people hope and jobs that fit their needs.

Prior to acquiring the Moses Lake office, Jim was in management with Safeway in stores in Washington and Oregon.  He spent 15 years with Safeway. He loves managing people and teams. He is an enthusiastic leader, mentor, and coach to his staff and loves to see them succeed and grow.

In addition to managing and owning the Express office, Jim spends much of his time giving back to the community and worldwide.  He has a passion for the people in Nicaragua.  Jim likes to lead teams to help villages in the remote mountains of Nicaragua.  He is a club member, Paul Harris giver, past President and member of Rotary.  He currently serves on the foundation board of Samaritan Hospital. 

The Moses Lake office has consistently been a circle of Excellence office since 2006, setting a standard for excellence. They also are a training office for new franchisees buying Express offices. 

Jim and Karen have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.  Faith and family are very important to them. Karen and Jim are members of Grace Harvest Church in Moses Lake.  In their spare time, they enjoy outside activities of camping, hiking, biking and traveling the world.
