A native of Moses Lake, Sukhy recently returned home from Vancouver, BC, bringing with her over two decades of experience and expertise. With a strong background in the recruitment industry, she excels at sourcing top talent and forging connections between companies and candidates across North America. Her extensive experience in the construction sector, including acquiring & managing national accounts and serving as the Director of Market Development for a multinational residential construction company, adds valuable insights to our team.

Sukhy's arrival heralds a new era for our organization and the local job market. Her deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, coupled with her strategic acumen, positions her as a key driving force behind our mission to connect exceptional talent with dynamic companies.

Outside of work, Sukhy embraces adventure. She finds joy in travelling, being in the mountains or near the ocean, and discovering new culinary experiences. Most importantly, she treasures quality time spent with her closest friends and family.

We're thrilled to introduce Etelvina Rodriguez, who took the helm of our Professional Services Division in October 2023. Etelvina holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings valuable management experience, including team leadership, financial management, and employee training. Etelvina has a diverse background, excelling in administrative duties and billing. Her customer service expertise in hospitality and healthcare, coupled with her exceptional skills in client relations, communication, and conflict resolution, make her a fantastic addition to our team. Outside of work, Etelvina enjoys an active lifestyle and frequently hits the gym. When she's not at the gym, she loves spending time with her husband and four children.

Stacie, our Operations Manager, is the epitome of versatility and industriousness. She has been a vital figure at Express since joining our team in 2018. She swiftly became an indispensable part of the team with her experience in Human Resources and an innate desire for professional growth. Starting her journey with us as a Staffing Consultant, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Moses Lake Express office through her adept administrative supervision and her exceptional ability to connect with clients and recruits.

A Moses Lake native, Stacie’s background includes an impressive rise from an Operator to a Human Resource Generalist at a local manufacturing company where she dedicated 12 years of service. She is well equipped with a diverse skill set and practical insights. Her background and foresight make her instrumental in managing daily operations and in forging strong, lasting relationships throughout our community.

Outside of work, Stacie enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, crafting, cooking/baking and hosting her friends and family.

Chelsie, our exceptional Front Office Coordinator, joined our team in March 2020, her journey is a testament to the power of dedicated training and personal development. Chelsie's role is pivotal in our organization, as she masterfully balances the intricacies of supporting our office. Her efforts extend to providing unwavering support to both our esteemed clients and candidates, making her a highly valued and trusted member of our team.

Hailing from Wenatchee, Chelsie's transition from childcare, where she excelled as a teacher and as a Director with a degree in Early Childhood Education, to the business sector has been remarkable. Her time in childcare sharpened her leadership skills, laying the foundation for her effective role in administrative and marketing support at a commercial retail hub. Currently, Chelsie is enhancing her professional portfolio by pursuing a Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, underlining her commitment to continuous growth. Her adaptability and dedication make her a dynamic force at Express.
