When Bill and Gina Sofio chose to move to Charlotte, NC in 2010 to be close to family, they were also looking for new careers that would allow them to add value to their new community.  Each of them had previously worked for large multi-national corporations for over 20 years.  Bill had experience in a variety of sales management and sales operations positions in the consumer products industry, while Gina had broad-based human resources experience from her work as an HR business partner with large pharmaceutical companies. 

They joined Express Employment Professionals, one of the nation's top staffing companies, which is operated through a franchising organization model.  Bill and Gina are the local owners of two award-winning Express Employment Professionals offices in Charlotte, NC.  They are passionate about partnering with businesses in the Charlotte area and making a difference by understanding each client company's business goals and staffing challenges, with the goal of identifying top talent for their organizations. Their approach is to get to know a client so well that they are considered an extension of their client's internal team.
