Kim joined Express as an Employment Specialist in February of 2020 after a career change from 20 years in retail management. She transitioned into her new role as the Director of Light Industrial and Skill Trades. Kim strives to find the silver lining in all situations and brings that dynamic positive energy into the office.
When she is not leading and directing the office, she enjoys crafting and spending time with family, especially at the beach in the summer.

David has been in the Staffing and Recruiting industry since 2009 specializing in engineering skilled trades. He is focused on long term relationships with clients to not just be a vendor but a partner and extension of their HR department.

Zach graduated from UNCC and joined Express Employment Professionals in March of 2023. Previously working 3 years in financial sales, He is now our business developer of the Charlotte territory.
Sharena joined our team in September 2020 as an Employment Specialist focused on light industrial positions including production assembly, general labor, drivers, and mechanics.
Sharena loves to partner with clients and job seekers. Her background in the retail industry allows her to quickly build rapport with everyone she meets. Sharena is an expert user of her air fryer and thinks it is one of the greatest inventions of all time!

Jessica joined our team in April 2019 as an Employment Specialist focused on light industrial positions including machine operators, general labor, warehouse, and driver roles. Prior to joining Express Employment Professionals, she was a recruiter for a solar energy company and worked in multiple locations throughout the U.S.
Jessica is a graduate of USC and held the role of USC Women’s Volleyball Assistant Trainer during her time there. Jessica enjoys spending time on the lake and has an adorable dog named Harley!

Kay joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2018 as an Employment Specialist where she partnered with companies to staff light industrial talent. Prior to joining Express, Kay worked in retail management and always excelled with her customer service skills.
Her earlier experience as an elementary school teacher provides her with incredible patience. Kay took on an expanded role as our Payroll/Invoicing and Operations leader. Kay keeps the office Zen balanced with her essential oil blends and has a passion for growing impressive vegetable gardens when she is not in the office.

Katie joined our team in December of 2021 as our Front Office Coordinator. Before joining Express Employment Professionals, she worked in the Hospitality industry. She is our director of first impressions managing phone calls, scheduling interviews, assisting our associates with the onboarding process, and providing overall support to our recruiting efforts.
