Matt comes from the automobile industry spending over the last decade in sales, sales management and leading the auto service department most recently. His pleasant and approachable personality paired with his eagerness to want to see others succeed will serve him well as he builds and nurtures our portfolio of clients. Matt enjoys spending quality time with his two boys as well as smoking meats for family backyard BBQs. (Joined in 2023) 

 

Born and raised in Chesterton, IN, Tyler joins the professional recruiting business after spending the last decade chasing his childhood dream as a host and broadcaster in sports radio. His experience in identifying talent and interviewing high profile figures in the sports arena will serve him well when communicating with candidates, business owners, and hiring managers to help solve business human capital needs. We look forward to seeing Tyler thrive in this industry one conversation at a time!

Born and raised in NWI, A.J. is very familiar with our business clients and works diligently to learn how he can better serve their expectations and needs. Graduating from Ball State University, A.J. has a well diverse recruiting background in the sports and academic industry at the high school and collegiate level. He enjoys a round of golf when it's not snowing outside! (Joined in 2018) 

Olivia joined the Express team in December of 2012, starting out as our Front Office Coordinator. She has previous experience in customer service, personnel and property management. Olivia's positive attitude, passion for leadership and uplifting personality helps make our team a thriving family environment! Olivia so much enjoys being part of the Express family and looks forward to many years of putting people to work and reputable companies in Northwest Indiana. (Joined in 2013) 

 

Haley joins us after spending time in the medical industry at a very fast-paced eye doctor office. She has recently decided to go back to school studying Business Administration. Haley's innovative nature and eagerness to want to perform at a high level is inspiring - we so look forward to seeing Haley's passion grow for helping people find hope through employment! (Joined in 2021) 

 

 

Tara comes from years in the restaurant management industry. Her fast-paced drive and eagerness to see others succeed are great driving factors for Tara. She enjoys being surrounded by a family-oriented team culture, with healthy yet fun competition. Tara resides in Porter County, and we welcome her with open arms as she proven to pair seamlessly with our already growing staffing team. (Joined in 2022) 

 

 

Jolene has previous experience in customer service and personnel management within the restaurant industry. She has had many different roles at Express and is well diverse and knowledgeable in what it takes to run our offices. Jolene provides top-notch and precise service to our business clients with a deep love for our industry and the impact she is able to make within her community. Jolene currently manages many of the "back office" tasks, including payroll, worker's comp, unemployment, and many other critical pieces. We love having Jolene as a leader of our Express family and truly enjoy that smile of hers. (Joined in 2015)
