    Joanne started the company with Peter in 1995. Joanne is a member of the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC) and the President of the Parsippany, Fairfield, Hackettstown, and Oakland, NJ offices.

    Mike has been with Express since 2004 and is Co-Owner and General Manager for the Parsippany, Fairfield, Hackettstown and Oakland NJ offices. Throughout high school and college, Mike worked for Express as a temporary associate at several clients and was an intern in the Marketing Department. Since his beginning with Express, Mike has always focused on the sales and marketing effort along with operations and strategy. He has his MBA from Montclair State University in Business Administration and his BS from the College of New Jersey in Finance and Economics. In his free time he likes to spend time with his family and travel to exotic locations.

    Christina Nolfo Barile, P.E

    Director of Administration / Franchise Owner

    Christina officially joined the Express team in Spring 2013. Throughout high school and part of college, Christina worked for Express as a contract employee at multiple clients and also worked part time in various roles within the Parsippany and Fairfield offices. Prior to joining Express, Christina achieved her M.S in Engineering from Princeton University, her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the College of New Jersey and has her license as Professional Engineer in NJ.  Christina's exposure to various industries, technical disciplines, and formal education makes her an asset to our recruiting team. Outside of the office, Christina likes to spend time with family, friends, and pet beagle.

    Gene has been working with Express since 1999 and is an expert in all areas of the business. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Centenary College and holds Human Resource Certifications from the American Staffing Association and National Association of Personnel Services. He volunteers as a Staff Counselor with the Learning Disabled Young Adult group in Springfield, NJ on Saturdays.

    Noelle has been with Express since April of 2005 where started her Express career as a staffing consultant and sales rep before she became a manager. Over her time with Express, Noelle has worked in multiple offices, becoming well versed in each territory. Additionally, she has opened and consulted many Express franchises, working closely with owners to increase profitability. Currently, Noelle is the Director of Sales & Risk Management for our Northern NJ offices. Customer service and client satisfaction have always been at the top of her focus.  She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

    Site Manager - Parsippany Office

    Cesarina (CC) has been with Express since 2015. She worked for Express as a temporary associate at different client sites prior to joining the Express team, so she knows exactly what it's like to be on the other side of the recruiting table.She started as a Staffing Consultant for the Fairfield office and was promoted to Lead Staffing Consultant in November 2016. In September 2017, she became the Site Manager for the Oakland office and later, our Fairfield office. As of 2020, Cesarina took over the Site Management role in our head office in Parsippany where she oversees the staffing team. CC has a BA in Criminal Justice from Kean University, and a MA in Human Resources Training & Development  from Seton Hall University. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

    Meet the Senior Payroll & A/R , Social Media specialist of Express Employment Professionals in Parsippany, NJ. Lizbeth has been with Express since November 2013, and has evolved from patrolling the front office to being a Staffing Consultant and now Senior Payroll & A/R, Social Media specialist. Liz loves to connect with nature and loves the outdoors; in her spare time she goes hiking, camping and exploring the world.

    Jacklyn has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2008, learning both the inside & outside trades of the company. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey in both Sociology & Psychology. Jacklyn enjoys staying involved in the community and taking part of the Young Professionals meeting of Morris County Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Jackie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

    Colleen joined our SRG Team in Parsippany in May 2019. She has worked in both our Roxbury and Parsippany offices, helping people on their job search. She says that her time at Express has taught her that "following the Express process" will help her see results more efficiently. She would love to grow the SRG team and establish a solid foundation for Express in the Administrative and Professional industry. She is striving to be an expert in her field and hopefully someday manage a team within Express. Colleen received her bachelor's degree in Health Education at Suny Cortland. In her free time, she enjoys running, barre classes, and painting.

    Senior Employment Specialist - Bloomfield Office

    Emeli joined Express Employment Professionals in October 2016 , starting as an On-Site Recruiter for the Oakland, NJ Office. After managing and staffing one of Oakland's largest clients, Emeli was promoted to Staffing Consultant and moved to the Fairfield, NJ office where she took on their largest two accounts. Over her time with Express, Emeli has developed her skills as a Staffing Professional, focusing on Account Management and Client Retention. She now is the Senior Employment Specialist in our Bloomfield office. In her free time, Emeli loves to visit museums and spend time with her daughter, Kaylanie.

    Carolina started working with Express Employment in our Oakland office in December 2016 as a Business Development Rep. She has led the marketing team in both our Oakland and Fairfield offices and was recently promoted to Assistant Manager of our Fairfield office. She studied and got her degree in Business Management at William Paterson University, and has shown our team that she is a natural leader. Working with Express has taught her the importance of building relationships with clients. Truly listening and understanding what our clients need from us and setting expectations is the key to ensuring long and mutually beneficial client relationships. Her goal is to build and manage a successful team which will allow everyone to progress and advance their roles within the company. Her hobbies include spending time with my family, hiking, and travelling.

    Amy started working with our Hackettstown office in January 2020. She studied staffing and received Talent Acquisition and Planning Certificate from eCornell. Amy's goal is for the Hackettstown office to become the leader within our community in helping both businesses and people alike. Personally, Amy is a big animal lover and has 3 amazing cats!  She is also a huge book worm, can easily get trapped in a great novel!
