Tevin has been working with Express since 2018. His current assignment started on 11/18/22. Since then, he has been a stable support to the company he has been working with. Nothing has shaken up his performance--not the holidays, not Covid. He has performed so well that he was promoted within the time he's been employed with them. He averages a 50 hour work week, and our client  can testify to his flexibility and willingness to support the company when most needed.

Delando has been working with our client as a Handyperson/Packaging Mechanic since September of last year. He has proven to be a dedicated person, with perfect attendance, and eagerness to come to work every day. He facilitated our clients move from one facility to another, making sure everything was done in a neat and orderly manner. He is someone who our client can always count on to complete his projects with care and precision.

Bricelda has worked with Express since April 2020 and has accepted mostly short-term temp assignments. However, she's been working at her most recent assignment since November of last year, and she is killing it! Bricelda is always a pleasure to speak with, has great attendance, and is great team player. Our client says she's doing amazing and they're really happy with her work.

Diana has been an Express Associate since 2008!!!
Started working with us for a company back in 2008; due to her good work performance she got hired by that company. She worked with them until COVID forced the company to relocate out of the state in 2020. Since she had such a great experience working with Express she came back to us. Now, Diana is starting a new career with a new company through Express Employment looking to get hired very soon considering her reliability, responsibility and overall work performance.

Javier works at our client as a machine operator. He is one of the top operators there since May 2021. He makes sure machines are running and takes plastic tubes from the machines, rolls them, wraps and packs them for the client. 

Lourdes has been working with Express since 2014. She got hired by our client, and when the company closed in 2019, she came back to us.

She's been working with our current client since April 2021. Her supervisors say her performance and work ethic have been excellent, and her attendance is superb. 

Ruben has been with Express since July of this year and has very much earned his Employee of the Month title. From the time he was hired to every QC check going forward, we've heard nothing but great things from his supervisors. Keep up the diligent work!

Cecelia has been working out our client since July of this year as a porter. She oversees the cleaning. We have had some good feedback from her supervisor that she is doing an excellent job. 

Alin started at Express in September 2021 as a Warehosue Associate. Our client gave him excellent feedback, saying Alin is at work and on time every day. He is reliable and responsible. They are looking to hire him very soon. 

Marcela has been as Express associate since 8/2021. She has been working at our client since then where she has done an amazing job. She has been very punctual and has excellent attendance. Additionally, all her coworkers love to work with her because she is always helping the team fulfill their goals. She adjusted to online timekeeping in a matter of hours after being first introduce to it!

Trevor started with Express in November 2020 and has successfully completed multiple assignments. At his current assignment he is always getting great feedback about his attendance, punctuality, contribution to the team, and his attitude. Trevor has impressed the company that he is currently working for, so they are thinking of bringing him on to the team and hiring him permanently. Trevor is a great employee and is being recognized for his hard work and dedication.

Frantz has completed a few assignments with Express and we always receive great feedback. He is very respectful, hard worker, great attendance and punctual. 

Juan joined Express Employment in April 2021 and has done an amazing job at all the companies he has been assigned to. In his current assignment, Juan averages over 50 hours a week showing his flexibility to work overtime and help the company whenever he is available. Additionally, Juan is very communicative and always keeps our team up to date (ex.) if he has an appointment or needs to leave early from the company.

Juan has done an extraordinary job, and we can't wait to see what else he has in store.

Ernest is our Fairfield office's associate of the Month for June. Earnest completed a 1-day assignment for us in April and did so well that the client requested him back a week later and he has been there ever since! He's punctual, reliable, and is always willing to help wherever he is needed. Our client said he is very happy with the people we have sent!

Tamara is always passionate about her work. She enjoys receiving the safety texts we send. She always has 40 plus hours a week!

One example of her attention to detail occurred on CS's 2nd day at (our company): One of CS's many, dynamic tasks throughout the day is to pack fans and prepare them for shipment to our customers all over the world. There are about ten different kinds of fans, and most have the same box, but are identified by markings on the side of the box as to which model it is. CS was packing an order and noticed that one of the boxes did not seem to weigh the same as the others of the same model. She immediately brought this to our attention, and when the box was opened to double check the model of fan, we learned the manufacturer had packaged the wrong fan inside the box!

In less than 48 hours, CS had been cognizant of what the boxes should weigh simply by lifting them to prepare for packing and knew something was not right. We checked the other boxes in our stock and found a few more fans that had been packaged incorrectly, in addition to the one she found. We notified the manufacturer, and he thanked us for catching it. Inadvertently shipping the wrong fans to consumers would have caused several problems. Customers can lose faith in a business if a mistake like this happens and opt not to purchase from them again. CS managed to avoid all this simply by paying attention and speaking up."

Our May associate of the month Jean. He has been on assignment through Express since March 2019. Always on time and attendance is great. Also, We have never received a complaint from the client since he started. 

Adam has been working with us since Jan. 2021. During his interview, he passionately talked about his skills as Machinist, and soon after, he has demonstrated them in his current assignment. Even though he was hired for a 3rd shift, Adam was flexible enough to switch to the 1st shift and has done a great job. 

Eddy started an assignment a month ago and has had perfect attendance and getting to work on time. On his first day he arrived 30 minutes early to the job site. The client is very happy with the work he is doing. 

He has been working with us since 2019. Aaron has shown great responsibility and work ethic on his current assignment. He has been arriving on time every single day and constantly communicating with the company and us. Additionally, he is always willing to help out with overtime whenever the company needs it.  

Our associate of the month for March is Adeola Adesemowo. She started an assignment through us in 12.7.21 and has had a perfect attendance, every week we conduct a QC check the client gives us great feedback. (see below)

Hermane  has been an associate with Express Parsippany since 2016 for multiple assignments. Most recently, Hermane accepted a new assignment in May 2020  during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in NJ. Hermane is Associate of the Year (2020) because he works very hard, never has excuses to miss work and never gets to work late. Hermane does not have his own transportation, however,  he wakes up at 4am every day to make sure he does not miss the bus! Even during COVID-19 when public transportation has been following different schedules in the suburbs of NJ, he still made it to his assignment.

On a personal note, Hermane is driven to continue to work (even in adverse conditions) due to the love his wife and family. His family is living out of the USA and his goal is to save enough money to be able to help his kids come to the USA to have better opportunities in life.  Hermane has been married for many years and his wife is what keeps him together even when he wants to fall apart and give up. Every Friday when he comes pick up his check, he is very positive and enthusiastic. Our team loves seeing him when he pops by.
