Lorraine is the owner of the Richmond (North/West End) office, where they provide full staffing services in Henrico, Hanover, Caroline and King William counties.  They also provide Direct Hire services in Richmond and Chesterfield.  After moving from Scotland in 1997, she joined Express Employment Professionals in 1998 and became the owner in 2007.  Lorraine has 2 adult sons and lives in Hanover county with her husband.

She and her team help companies and job seekers with employment services in Office Services, Professional, Light Industrial and Skilled Trades.  Those services include traditional temporary/ contract staffing, evaluation hire (temp to perm), direct hire and on-premise/managed staffing.  

As part of the company's continued growth in the Richmond area, they moved their Circle of Excellence office next to Libbie Mill on Staples Mill Road at the beginning of 2024.  

Amanda is the "rock" of the company and has developed into a leadership position since joining in 2000.  A VCU graduate and Chesterfield native, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and their 2 dogs.

Her passion for helping others is evident by the multitude of companies and people she has helped over the past 20+ years.  She is dedicated to building relationships, is extremely knowledgeable of Richmond's employment trends and thrives on delivering a high standard of service.

 

 

Whit joined our team after graduating from James Madison University in 2023.  He is a confident, easy-going professional who works closely with businesses in the Richmond and Ashland areas to provide recruiting and staffing solutions and allow them to focus on what really matters:  running their business!  Whit loves live sports and competing with his friends on the golf course. You can find him trying new foods in the Richmond area, or with his dogs in the backyard. 

 

Nia helps job seekers and associates find jobs in our light industrial division, as well as helping companies find good people within this field.  She has a vibrant personality and is easy to get along with.  Needless to say, she brings a lot of fun into the office and loves her team camaraderie!  "Helping the local community by placing them in jobs, is the most rewarding part of my job."

Taijah was promoted to our Office Services division.  Her supervisory experience and Call Center background provided a solid foundation for helping others:  an essential element of what we do.  She loves being part of a team and supporting her peers. Taijah previously helped coach a local high school cheerleading program and her passion for the sport is very evident in the workplace!

Stephany has a long and valuable professional journey with Express Employment Professionals.  From our first introduction in 2002 when she was placed in a job with one of our client companies, to joining our internal team 10 years later in a key support position.  Stephany is compassionate, has a broad range of skills and manages to keep the office well organized.  She enjoys travelling and taking motor cycle trips with her husband.
