    Specialized Recruiting Group is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential construction projects, including ground-up residential construction and residential remodeling, in addition to some light commercial projects.     Key Responsibilities:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems.
    • Commute within thirty minutes of the midtown Sacramento office with occasional project site visits as required.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Proficiency in using construction software, particularly Buildertrend.

      Expectations:
      • Within 30 days, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to integrate well with the team and grasp the basics of the systems in place.
      • Within 90 days, the candidate should be supported and capable of successfully managing 2-3 projects simultaneously.
      • This is an in-office position with frequent job-site visits to ensure project success beyond mandatory job-site visits, such as initial job walks.
