Bud and Kristina Downing have been part of the Express Employment Professionals family since 1993 and are now owners of the Springfield, Ohio franchise. Bud's entrepreneurial roots start in Springfield where his family owned a successful business. He started and sold a stable business, then moved to Director and Business Development positions in staffing and franchise support. Kristina is a University of Denver Alumnae and has been part of the Springfield operation since starting in Business Development. She grew into a multi-unit Operations Management position before assuming her ownership role. Both Downings have a deep commitment to civic involvement and serve on multiple educational, non-profit, and business organization boards.  Their faith in God is the foundation of their mission to positively impact the people of Clark County.
