Tracy joined the Springfield team in August of 2016. She brings a sales and customer service background to the team. She started as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Industrial Employment Specialist. She's a proud mom of a 17 year old son, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

 

Chris joined as a Recruiting Specialist in 2023. Chris and his wife Brooklyn are new to the area having just moved to Ohio from California last year, but he is thrilled to have an opportunity to positively impact this community with workforce support. Chris spent 2021 serving as missionary traveling to five countries and has a heart for community. He loves traveling with his wife, playing music and trying exotic foods.

Robyn started with the Express family in 2007 as the Front Office Coordinator and is now the Office Manager. Her favorite days are when we have taken a person who came through our door defeated and found them a job where they can be successful and support their family. In their spare time she and her husband are at the field cheering on their kids sports teams or watching movies. 

Jay served in the United States Air Force (USAF) for over 11 before separating and continuing to work for the government before retiring in January 2018. He is currently the Senior Pastor of Restored Life Ministries, Inc., for the past 4 years. He is joined in ministry by his beautiful wife, Sorena. He is a proud father of one daughter serving in the Army as well as many spiritual daughters and sons.
