Tracy joined the Springfield team in August of 2016. She brings a sales and customer service background to the team. She started as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Industrial Employment Specialist. She's a proud mom of a 17 year old son, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

 

Cassie has a customer service background and a degree in Human Resources. Her favorite part of the day is spending time with my family. She's a total foodie and loves to travel to new places with her fiancé and try new things!

 

Jamie has been with our office since April of 2021. Starting out as the Recruiting Specialist, she quickly moved into the role of our Administrative Employment Specialist. She is originally from Westerville, Ohio and relocated to Springfield in 2013. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her daughter, work to restore her 111 year old home, and go camping.

Robyn started with the Express family in 2007 as the Front Office Coordinator and is now the Office Manager. Her favorite days are when we have taken a person who came through our door defeated and found them a job where they can be successful and support their family. In their spare time she and her husband are at the field cheering on their kids sports teams or watching movies. 

Jay served in the United States Air Force (USAF) for over 11 before separating and continuing to work for the government before retiring in January 2018. He is currently the Senior Pastor of Restored Life Ministries, Inc., for the past 4 years. He is joined in ministry by his beautiful wife, Sorena. He is a proud father of one daughter serving in the Army as well as many spiritual daughters and sons.

Jacob joined as the Recruiting Development Specialist in 2022. He is excited to reach our community with job opportunities and career resources. Jacob graduated from Johnson University in 2021, and spent much of that year traveling for service opportunities outside of the U.S. He enjoys meeting people and telling stories. At home, you can find him playing the guitar, lifting weights, or being the self-appointed "fun uncle" of his family.

Sonya completed multiple part-time and temporary assignments for Express before joining the team in 2022. She has a bachelor's degree in professional writing, and her background includes customer service, social media and email marketing, and program development for a local food pantry. She provides administrative support to the recruiting team while wishing she could bring her cat Lacey to work.
