    As a Senior Compensation Manager, you'll be responsible for: 

    • Create and initiate compensation planning, facilitate year-end reviews including merit changes
    • Regularly use Workday software, primarily the Compensation Module 
    • Conduct compensation market analysis 
    • Work closely with Human Resources on compensation strategies and provide guidance to employees
    • Maintain consistency and compliance regarding global compensation initiatives

    Desired Senior Compensation Manager candidates will have: 

    • 7+ years of compensation experience
    • 2+ years of compensation management experience
    • 2+ years of global compensation management experience
    • Advanced experience in Workday (Compensation Module)
    • Experience in a multi-brand company (preferred)
    • Ability to manage complex and detailed compensation programs
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
