Josephine became a Recruiting Specialist for Express Vancouver in February 2021. As a person, Josephine is friendly, kind, pleasant, and calm. As an employee, she is all those things as well as reliable, loyal, helpful, organized, and success-driven. Josephine brings valuable experience to Express, having spent nine years working as a Content Partnerships Manager for a TV advertising company in London, UK, three years as an International Travel Consultant and Assistant Manager at Flight Centre here in Vancouver.

Josephine is originally from Southampton, UK. After spending ten years living and working in London, she moved to Canada for a change of scenery. When she came here, she only planned to stay for two years but fell in love with the Vancouver lifestyle and proudly became a permanent resident in 2019!

When Josephine isn't working hard to help our job seekers navigate their journey to gain employment, she enjoys skiing, cycling, and traveling to new places worldwide.

In January 2022, we welcomed Nastasija Tepsic to the Express Vancouver team as a Recruitment Specialist. She is a friendly, positive, and compassionate individual who truly cares about other people and their feelings. When asked what her favorite part of working for Express is, she said: "I think the most rewarding part is seeing people happy and proud of themselves when they get the job they really wanted and worked hard for. We change our client's and our employees' lives, and I think that's amazing." She brings recruiting and interviewing experience to her current position through her time as an assistant store manager for TJX Canada. Additionally, she worked as a coordinator at Marshalls for a few years.

Originally from Serbia, Nastasija and her family moved to Canada in December 2006 when she was thirteen years old. For the first six months, they lived in Winnipeg, but due to the cold weather, decided to move to Vancouver. She has lived in the same city ever since then and she loves it! Nastasija loves reading, watching TV shows, and taking long walks by the water in her free time. She also really enjoys painting, traveling, and dancing. An interesting fact about Nastasija is that she was a member of a Serbian folklore dance group for more than 7 years, performing in many cities all over North America and Europe.

In May 2022, Express Vancouver's Specialized Recruiting Group welcomed Natalie to the team as our Accounting and Finance Recruiting Specialist. Before Express, Natalie worked in boutique fashion as a bridal consultant and stylist, knowing even then she had a passion for finding people something they absolutely love.

Natalie was born and raised in North Vancouver and is lucky to have her parents, sister, and dog, Lucky, with her. She loves to cook, read, hike, travel, and spend time with her friends when she's not hard at work. Natalie would love to read an entire book each day if time permitted.

In June 2022, Express Vancouver welcomed Saoirse to the team as one of our Recruiting Specialists. She brings her prior work experience in real estate and communications in technology.

Originally from Ireland, Saoirse moved to Vancouver in 2022 to enjoy an environment that balanced outdoor and city life. She is outgoing, friendly, and approachable, and enjoys spending time with friends, playing Gaelic football, and camping.

Declan joined Express Vancouver in October 2022, bringing him over eight years of experience in the hospitality sector. During this time with us, he has proven to be an adaptable and hardworking person who enjoys learning new things and helping others succeed.

Declan is originally from a small county in Ireland known as Laois. He moved to Vancouver in August to pursue the vast array of opportunities the city has to offer and because Vancouver provides a lot of nature while also having a city and beach environment all in the same proximity. Declan enjoys hiking, running, cooking, and socializing with his friends when he isn't at work.

Energetic, approachable, and outgoing, Declan has been a great addition to our team, and we look forward to seeing him grow in his role.

In November 2022, Express Vancouver welcomed Dylan to the team, who brings over eight years of hospitality experience to the table. He is a very calm and relaxed individual who is fun and friendly and the kind of person who quickly builds relationships.

"For me, my favorite part about working for Express is a mix of the office's fun, friendly atmosphere and the satisfaction of helping job seekers find their dream roles. Being part of the journey from an initial phone call to a well-deserved job offer is amazing because you know you've made a difference in that person's career."

Dylan is originally from Wexford, in Southeast Ireland. He has always wanted to travel, and Canada was always #1 on his list of places. He is pleased with the friendly people here, and the climate is similar to back home. Dylan enjoys watching lots of football outside the office and hopes to get into hockey.

Easygoing, fun to be around, and dedicated to serving others, we are thrilled to have Dylan join our team. We know he will do great work here, and our clients and associates will find him a great resource and partner.

In October 2022, Express Employment Professionals welcomed Ivan to our team as our team's Video Editor, bringing work experience that includes four years operating as a one-person construction company and three years freelancing for small YouTube creators. Ivan is goal-oriented, a team player, and a fast learner who we know will thrive with us as we continue to help support our community's job seekers and businesses.

In 2009, Ivan and his family immigrated to Toronto, where he lived for 12 years before moving to his current city of, Montreal. His family is an integral part of who he is. They came from absolute poverty, and no matter what, they've all stood by each other's side despite the toughest of times, something Ivan is hugely proud of. In Ivan's spare time, you can find him practicing martial arts and Latin dancing.
