We are seeking motivated and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team ONSITE in Mesa, AZ. This position involves handling inbound calls, assisting students with inquiries related to financial aid for vocational and trade programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle high call volumes. This role requires a professional, empathetic approach to guide students through the financial aid process confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from students seeking financial aid to continue their education in a vocational or trade program.
- Gather necessary details from students and provide them with resources and guidance to navigate the financial aid process.
- Assist students in understanding their financial aid options, application processes, and eligibility requirements.
- Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and data entry.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Must be available to work within the specified hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
