Job Title: Production Line Operator – Automated Equipment
Location: Mesa, AZ 85215
Pay: $19.50/hr

This position involves consistent standing, walking, and hands-on work with automated machinery to fabricate and assemble high-quality products. We're looking for reliable team members with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic and automated production line equipment

Read and follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with other duties as assigned based on production needs
Qualifications:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (no exceptions for medicinal/recreational marijuana)

Must pass a federal ATF background check
-
Reliable transportation to and from Mesa, AZ 85215

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work weekends as required

Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
