Now Hiring: Metal Fabricator – Full-Time | Mesa, AZ
Are you an experienced metal fabricator looking to join a fast-paced, growing manufacturing team in Mesa? We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator for immediate hire! This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth, steady hours, and a chance to work on custom, high-quality projects.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do:

Fabricate custom metal parts and components according to specifications

Operate various shop equipment including mills, lathes, press brakes, shears, and CNC machinery

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Perform quality checks to ensure finished pieces meet required standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience in metal fabrication (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

Strong custom fabrication background

Blueprint reading proficiency
-
Hands-on experience with manual and CNC machinery
-
Ability to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
