Job Title: Packager/Forklift Operator
Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm
Pay: Competitive pay, based on experience

Overview:
Express Employment Professionals – Mesa is now hiring a Packager to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting and packaging associated parts to ensure quality and compliance with shipping standards. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect unboxed components and package them using foam or paper, following specific packaging guidelines

Apply accurate labels or tags to each product per customer specifications

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Log packaging activity daily and inspect each product using a detailed checklist
-
Identify and report any non-conforming parts to the supervisor or team lead

Ensure the quality and integrity of packaging materials and finished boxes

Place completed products on pallets in the proper configuration

Follow packaging manual instructions precisely

Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
No previous packaging or manufacturing experience required – training provided

Basic computer skills preferred

Forklift certification a plus (not required)
