We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher with strong experience using ServiceTitan to join our growing team in Mesa. This role is essential to ensuring timely, efficient scheduling of technicians for HVAC and plumbing service calls.
Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch technicians based on job type, location, and availability.

Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage work orders, appointments, and job updates.

Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.

Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed.

Coordinate closely with management to maximize productivity.
Requirements

3+ years of dispatch experience in a service-based business (HVAC/plumbing preferred).

Proficient in ServiceTitan software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
