Counter Customer Service & Sales Associate

Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Counter Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our commercial and residential customers in the green industry, delivering exceptional service and helping them find the right solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in person and by phone, providing prompt, friendly service.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

Create and process orders, invoices, and related documentation.

Manage and maintain inventory, including pulling and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.

Assist with merchandising, stocking, and conducting inventory counts.

Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales with current and potential customers.

Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.

Computer proficiency; comfortable with order entry and inventory systems.

Inventory management experience is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience in nursery, irrigation, or landscaping is a plus.
