🕓 Schedule: 4AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
💵 Pay: $19/hour
📅 Contract through 2026
Overview
A leading plastic manufacturing facility in East Mesa is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join the 1st shift team.
Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.

Load small plastic materials into machines and ensure consistent material flow.

Perform visual inspections of parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.

Assist with basic assembly and support other production tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required — training provided.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
