Job Title: Student Placement Representative (Outbound Calling)

Location: Mesa, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hr (increases to $20–$22/hr once hired on permanently)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking Student Placement Representatives to support graduate employment outcomes through outbound outreach. In this role, you will make outbound calls to program graduates to determine employment status, provide support and encouragement, and connect unemployed graduates with local job opportunities and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to program graduates

  • Confirm and document whether graduates are currently employed

  • Provide support and guidance to unemployed graduates

  • Connect graduates to local job opportunities, hiring partners, and resources

  • Maintain accurate notes and records in internal systems/CRM

  • Follow call scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining a professional, supportive tone

  • Meet daily/weekly outreach goals and placement-related metrics

  • Escalate issues or complex cases to leadership when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in education, career services, recruiting, staffing, admissions, call center, or customer support

  • Strong communication skills (phone and written)

  • Comfortable making consistent outbound calls and handling follow-up conversations

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple graduate cases at once

  • Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly

  • Professional, empathetic, and goal-oriented mindset

Requirements

  • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Must be able to work onsite full-time in Mesa, AZ

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation

  • $18/hour starting pay

  • Pay increases to $20–$22/hour once hired on permanently (based on performance and conversion)
