Job Title: Onsite Admissions Representative
Location: Mesa, AZ (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary
Position Overview
A national accredited college is seeking an experienced Onsite Admissions Representative to join their Mesa, AZ campus. This is a fully onsite role responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
The ideal candidate will have prior admissions experience, strong consultative sales skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective online students

Conduct phone interviews to assess applicant qualifications and career goals

Educate prospective students on program offerings, admissions requirements, financial aid options, and enrollment steps

Guide applicants through the enrollment process, including application completion and document collection

Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure enrollment goals are met

Accurately track activity and student interactions in CRM systems

Meet and exceed enrollment and performance metrics

Maintain compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards
Qualifications
Required:

Prior admissions experience (college, university, or career education setting)

Proven ability to meet enrollment or performance goals

Strong communication and consultative sales skills

Experience working in a metrics-driven environment

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
