Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Call Center)

💲 $18/hr | Temp-to-Hire ($20/hr upon hire)
We are seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing call center team in Mesa, AZ. This is a high-volume outbound sales role where representatives will engage with prospective customers, overcome objections, and generate sales opportunities.
This position is temp-to-hire, with pay increasing to $20/hour once hired on permanently.

Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound sales calls per day to prospective customers

Present products/services and generate sales opportunities

Handle objections and rebuttals professionally and confidently

Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a positive phone presence

Accurately document call outcomes and customer information

Meet or exceed daily call and performance metrics

Follow company sales scripts and processes while maintaining a natural conversation
Requirements

Previous inside sales, call center, or outbound dialing experience preferred

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
