Production Associate – Food Manufacturing
Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed)
Shift: 1st shift | 06:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a growing food manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality food products while following strict safety and hygiene standards.
Ideal candidates take pride in their work, are team-oriented, and are comfortable in a hands-on production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and packaging of food products
- Handle raw materials, including meat products and bones
- Operate basic production equipment and follow work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all food safety (GMP) and sanitation guidelines
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards
Work Environment
- Food manufacturing facility with exposure to raw meat, strong odors, and varying temperatures
- Fast-paced, physically active environment
- Requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Requirements
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but English is not required
