Logistics Clerk – 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring experienced Logistics Clerk candidates. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals with strong hazardous materials experience and a solid background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package, label, and mark shipments according to SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Prepare all required domestic and international shipping documentation
- Schedule and coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous material shipments
- Palletize, wrap, and accurately mark outgoing freight
- Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP systems
- Perform cycle counts of finished goods
- Prepare and submit invoices and electronic customer notifications
- Unload trucks and receive incoming materials
- Verify documentation and separate materials accordingly
- Enter receiving data into ERP system
- Stage product for inspection and manage raw material deliveries
- Safely move hazardous materials to designated areas
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Work collaboratively to achieve departmental and company goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Candidates with 2+ years of strong related experience may be considered
- Experience handling hazardous materials required
- DOT/ICAO certification required
- Forklift certification required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance regulations
