Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You'll Do
- Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment and sanitation compliance
- Conduct routine quality checks during production
- Monitor processes to identify and prevent food safety risks
- Complete GMP audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Verify batch records and production reports
- Work closely with production and sanitation teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards
- Report quality concerns and deviations to supervisors
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of experience in QA or food manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25–50 lbs
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in USDA/FDA regulated environments
- HACCP or SQF knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
