Job Full Description
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM Occasional Fridays as needed Requirements: Must pass a 7‑year background check (no felonies), drug screen, and physical.
We’re seeking a Logistics Technician to support daily warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in MPA.
- Work with Production and Customer Service to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists, manifests, and orders.
- Route and deliver materials using pallet jack, hand truck, or forklift.
- Pick correct materials using pick lists; pack, seal, and label shipments.
- Process returns, update MPA, and dispose of materials properly.
- Perform inventory transactions in MPA with accuracy and compliance.
- Handle domestic and international shipping (UPS WorldShip, LTL, FTL, customs, duties).
- Prepare compliant documentation for import/export and hazardous materials (CFR49, IATA, EAR).
- Assist with month‑end inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support complaint handling and returned goods processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing
- Knowledge of import/export requirements and record accuracy
