Entry-Level Assembly / Fabrication Associate
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Mesa, AZ
We are hiring an Entry-Level Assembly / Fabrication Associate for a local manufacturing company in Mesa. This is a hands-on position working with sheet metal, basic assembly, wiring, and plumbing components.
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but this is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities

Perform entry-level sheet metal fabrication and assembly

Use basic hand tools and pop rivet tools

Assist with electrical wiring and plumbing fixture installation

Read and follow basic print drawings and work instructions

Measure materials accurately using a ruler or tape measure

Assemble components according to specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Assist with other production and assembly duties as needed
Qualifications

Comfortable using basic hand tools

Able to accurately read a ruler and measurements

Ability to read and follow print drawings

Mechanically inclined and willing to learn

Previous assembly, fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required

Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule

Strong attention to detail
Candidates will be required to complete a basic ruler/measurement test as part of the screening process.
